HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT O'CONNELL ROBERTSON….

The Project Construction Coordinator (PCC) will be responsible for working with Construction Administration team members.

• This role supports our full-time Construction Administration staff.
• Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects – Submittals, RFI’s, Proposal Requests, ASI’s, contracts, etc.
• Assist the Construction Administrators and other staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow-up and coordinate with team members and consultants.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR NEW ROLE…

We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…

• Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel,Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat
• Newforma knowledge is a plus.
• Have working knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them .
• Detail oriented and understanding of time sensitivity with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
